A Space for Queer Expression
Happy pride!
Pass by the Pride Art exhibition on Nytorv, before or after the parade.
The exhibition presents works from LGBTQAI+ artists, and is first and foremost a space for learning, where visual art, artists and the public can unite around questions regarding identity, gender and sexuality. The doors are open to the public from 6 PM - 10 PM where we welcome everyone to dive into and investigate contemporary art through a queer lens. During Pride Week the exhibition will host different events investigating questions relating to queer art. Stay updated on the Pride Art events in the official Copenhagen Pride program or download the Copenhagen Pride app.
Pride Art: A Space for Queer Expression presents works by: Birk Thomassen, Bjørn Ignatius Øckenholt, Erik André Nes, Frida Rindal, Henrik Dencker, Hugo Arruda, Jerry Adder, Johan Rauhe, Kasper Knudsen Muusholm, Mina Paasche, Picturing PreP, Richard Kemp, Sonny Schneider og Ulrik Mikkelsen.
